We understand that it is not always possible or easy for you to come to us, so we can come to you. Our experienced staff can complete a comprehensive assessment of your needs and tailor a program for you to achieve your goals in the comfort and convenience of your own home.

Home visits allow us to see how you manage your daily tasks at home and we can give support and advice on how to make these more efficient.
