Rachael Pearce

Rach joined the Advanced Neuro Rehab team early 2027. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare administration, Rach brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Much of her career has been spent working within GP clinics, with the past four years also giving her valuable experience in the allied health setting.
Rach particularly enjoys the people side of her role – getting to know our clients and their families, supporting the team, and helping to keep everything behind the scenes running as smoothly as possible. Since joining ANR, she has settled into the team wonderfully and has enjoyed getting to know our clients, clinicians and wider ANR community.
Outside of work, Rach loves spending time with her family and her two dogs. She enjoys travelling, catching up with family and friends over a glass of rosé or a good coffee, and making the most of her time away from work.
Rach has loved becoming part of the ANR team this year and looks forward to continuing to get to know everyone along the way. We’re very happy to have her as part of the team!
