Advanced Neuro Rehab welcomes referrals from GPs, medical specialists, hospital and rehabilitation teams, NDIS support coordinators, case managers and other health professionals.

Where possible, please include the patient’s contact details, the reason for referral and any relevant medical letters, reports or scan results. Information from the patient’s GP, specialist or other healthcare providers helps us understand their medical history and coordinate their care.
Funding
A referral is not usually needed to see a physiotherapist as a private client. A referral or approval may be required if treatment is being funded through Medicare, DVA, ReturnToWorkSA, compulsory third-party insurance or another funding organisation.
Advanced Neuro Rehab is a registered provider for the NDIS, so we can provide therapy for participants whether their plan is self managed, plan managed or NDIA managed.
