Remedial Massage

Monika Czuprynski is a Remedial Massage Therapist of 16 years and a Canadian trained Osteopath. She has a love for people and a passion for helping them achieve their personal best. Her aim is to help her patients champion their health and recovery through dedicated care and a patient-centred approach. Her practice leaves her patients feeling heard, supported, relaxed, and relieved of discomfort.

Monika provides remedial treatments to reduce pain, improve movement, and positively influence the personal confidence of her patients (in themselves), treating every one with dignity and respect. She aims to support the physical recovery and pain management of her patients, supplementing their fitness plans and helping improve physical performance with soft tissue release.
