Matthew Sickerdick

Matthew’s interest in neurological and vestibular rehabilitation began during his placements through university and experience gained as an allied health assistant at Flinders Medical Centre. Pursuing this passion post-graduation, Matthew has gained invaluable experience and knowledge, building on his clinical skills and treatment prescription working within the community with a wide range neurological and disability conditions. Matthew enjoys making therapy fun, engaging and challenging, backed by evidence-based research to support individual goals.

Matthew has a keen interest in the management of stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, concussion and vestibular conditions. Building rapport through gait, balance and functional retraining to maximise independence.

Away from work, Matthew enjoys being active in the gym, home projects and running along the beach.
