Liz is our Clinical Lead Physiotherapist with an extensive history of experience in neurological physio as well as an unmatched level of charisma and love for her work.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2015 Liz immediately immersed herself in the field of neurological physiotherapy working both rurally and at the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit (BIRU) before joining the ANR team where her passion in problem solving the complexities of the brain all began. Liz is extremely energetic and thrives working in a team environment with an interest in brain injuries, dizziness, spinal cord injuries and concussion.

Professional development and post graduate studies has allowed Liz to grow a wealth of knowledge on various neurological & vestibular conditions. She has completed her Masters of Neurological Physiotherapy at Flinders University, where she undertook research on the effects of exertion on neck function in concussion. Liz specialises in the management of concussion and has been fundamental in the establishment of numerous clinical protocols and learning tools for Advanced Neuro Rehab. She is passionate about concussion education and the continuum of care and is regularly involved in; community education/ presentations, concussion tech collaboration projects, and has played a crucial role in baseline screenings and ongoing concussion management for national and state sporting associations including the South Australian Cricket Association (SACA), South Australian Football League (SANFL) and the Australian Football League (AFL).

Liz is a strong advocate for empowering her clients through education, listening to their individual needs and pushing them hard to accomplish their goals. Her role as Clinical Lead also means she works behind the scenes in education, organisation and the continuous development of Advanced Neuro Rehab.
