Peter is a passionate neurological physiotherapist, lifelong learner, big fan of evidence based practice and educator/trainer. Since his completion of his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (University of South Australia, 2018) and a Bachelor of Health Science (Principle of Occupational Therapy, Flinders University, 2014) following a Bachelor of Public Administration (South Korea) and a Master of Economics (International economics, South Korea), Peter has been working in a wide range of clinical settings of public hospital, musculoskeletal physiotherapy and community in addition to other roles of army officer (South Korean Defence, retried captain) and product manager (German pharmaceutical company).
Peter has been building up a strong interest in neurological and vestibular physiotherapy from his extensive experiences in various clinical settings. In particular, Peter has genuine passion in vestibular, stroke, multiple sclerosis and muscular dystrophy rehabilitation. Peter loves working with clients by applying manual therapy skills in conjunction with specialised neurological rehabilitation programs. He also specialises in strength and conditioning training, assisting clients to improve their strength and mobility.
Peter is working with University of South Australia as a physiotherapy clinical supervisor and educator in community for exercise rehabilitation training and a member of APA Neurology and Gerontology Group.
Peter is also working as an acute care physiotherapist in a public hospital (SALHN) and a senior community physiotherapist in a community service provider. His availability at Advanced Neuro Rehab is Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
