Do I qualify for an EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) Team Care Plan?

If you have a chronic, ongoing illness/disease you may be eligible for an EPC which is an initiative between Medicare and your Doctor (not Specialist). If you are eligible you will need to attend your Doctor or Practice Nurse for a double appointment for them to set the plan up so this has to be done before you attend for an appointment. This will then entitle you to 5 subsidised visits ($52.95 per visit) but the gap up to the full fee is payable.

Do you see veterans affairs patients?

We accept Veterans Affairs patients but we do need the appropriate DVA referral from your GP. This referral is valid for 1 year.

How long our your sessions? Can you provide home visits?

Our initial appointments are of 1 hour duration and subsequent consults are 45 minutes.
We provide a Home Visit service within a 25k radius of our practice.

We have HICAPS and Easyclaim for Medicare EPC payments so only the gap is payable on the day.

You do not need a referral to see one our Physiotherapists.

We are located on the City side of the major intersection where Portrush Road crosses Payneham Road at Marden and opposite the Payneham Tavern. We are in a 2 storey colonial house in a centre with ample parking, including disabled car parks.
